Smoked Salmon Lasagnette

Quick Pasta with salmon and zucchini.

INGREDIENTS

Gourmet Smoked Salmon (Break in small pieces)

200g Barilla Lasagnette (Follow cooking instructions on packet)

1 Medium Zucchini

1 Medium Onion (Diced)

3 Cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Olive Oil to sauce pan over medium heat

  2. Add Onion, Garlic and Zucchini (saute until transparent)

  3. Add Smoked Salmon followed by cooked lasagnette

  4. Stir and serve
