A fluffy bread pudding using hoagie rolls
INGREDIENTS
2 Hoagie Rolls (break into bite size pieces)
1 Cup Whole Milk
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS

Place bread pieces in deep bowl

Add Milk – mix well and set aside for 5 minutes

Combine eggs, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, whisk then pour on to bread pieces. Mix with spatula

Pour into greased baking container

(OPTIONAL- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top)

Bake 30 minutes
