Cinnamon Bread Pudding

A fluffy bread pudding using hoagie rolls


2 Hoagie Rolls (break into bite size pieces)

1 Cup Whole Milk

3 Eggs

1/4 Cup Melted Butter

1 Tsp. Vanilla

2 Tsp. Cinnamon

3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Salt to taste


  • Place bread pieces in deep bowl

  • Add Milk – mix well and set aside for 5 minutes

  • Combine eggs, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, whisk then pour on to bread pieces. Mix with spatula

  • Pour into greased baking container

  • (OPTIONAL- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top)

  • Bake 30 minutes
