This colorful, easy to make one pot vegetable pasta is simply delicious. I used an electric skillet set at 300 degrees but a regular skillet should work out the same.
INGREDIENTS
400g Spaghetti
3 Cups Water
2 Medium Bell Peppers (chopped)
1 Cup Celery (chopped)
1 Cup Grape Tomatoes
Garlic Powder and Salt to taste
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil Butter
DIRECTIONS
Add water to skillet over medium heat
Add Salt, Garlic Power and Olive Oil
Add Spaghetti, Celery, Bell Pepper
Cover and let cook 8-10 minutes
Add Grape Tomatoes, Butter – stir and serve
