1 EGGS (BEAT with SALT AND PEPPER)

1/4 CUP CHEESE (SHREDDED)

1/2 CUP SPINACH (CHOPPED)

1/2 TABLESPOON BASIL (FINELY CHOPPED)

1/2 TEASPOON BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL (TO GREASE CONTAINER)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grease Microwave safe container (1 Tea Cup )

  2. Add Spinach and Basil

  3. Add Egg

  4. Top with cheese

  5. Microwave 1-1:30 minute
