This easy Macaroni Casserole with bell pepper, parsley, spinach and white cheddar is great as a side dish or on its own.
INGREDIENTS
12 OZ White Cheddar (Shredded)
16 OZ Elbow Macaroni (Cooked)
1/4 Cup Parmesan
1/2 Cup Bell Pepper (Diced)
1/2 Cup Parsley (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Cup Spinach (Finely Chopped)
DIRECTIONS
Combine Macaroni, Parmesan, Bell Pepper, Parsley and White Cheddar ( leave about 1/2 Cup Cheddar for topping
Mix well
Pour in greased Casserole dish
Top with Spinach and remainder of Cheddar
Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees
