Chicken Pesto Pasta

An easy recipe using Tri Color Vegetable Pasta and Pesto Genovese. The Chicken is delicious however, it is optional

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Tri Color Vegetable Pasta (Cooked)
1 Cup Chicken Breast (Thin strips seasoned with salt and pepper)
2 Tablespoons Pesto Genovese
1 Large Roasted Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil Butter
