Tomato Stuffed Tuna & Pasta


1 Can Tuna
Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste
1 Tbsp. Diced Tomato pulp
1 Tbsp. Parsley (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garden Tomatoes
1 Cup Shredder white cheddar (divide)
2 Nest of Lasagnette


1. Slice the top of Garden Tomato (Save the pulp)
2. In medium dish- Combine tuna, tomato pulp, salt, pepper, paprika, half cheese, Olive Oil – Mix well
3. Stuff each Garden Tomato with 1 Lasagnette the fill with tuna mix
4. Top with cheese and parsley
5. Place on baking pan cover with alum. foil and bake 25-30 minutes
