INGREDIENTS

2 CUPS WATER

6 NEST OF ROMA TAGLIATELLE

1 POUND COOKED MUSSELS

1 MEDIUM ONION (CHOPPED)

1 LARGE TOMATO (CHOPPED)

1/2 CUP LOW FAT MILK

1/2 CUP CHEESE

3 LARGE CLOVES GARLIC (CRUSHED)

1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL

SALT TO TASTE

DIRECTIONS (6-7 minutes cooking time)

In sauce pan (medium heat)

Add Water and Salt bring to a boil

Add Tagliatelle Nest (Cook 3 minutes stirring)

Add Olive Oil

Add Mussels and Garlic

** Turn to low heat

Add Milk (Cooked 2 Minute Stir occasionally )

Add Tomato and Onion

Let this reduce to creamy consistency

Add Cheese, stir and remove from heat and serve
