Creamy Alfredo Salmon Casserole

Salmon Casserole

INGREDIENTS

170g Gouda (Shredded)

250g Elbow Macaroni (Cooked)

1 Sweet Red Peeled Pimiento (finely chopped)

8 Ounces Skinless Salmon (Small slices)

1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Cup Artisan Three Cheese Alfredo Sauce

1/2 Tablespoon Paprika

Salt

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1 Combine Gouda, Elbow Macaroni, Sweet Pimiento

Mix well then pour in casserole dish lined with parchment paper

Set aside

STEP 2 In sauce pan over medium heat pour in Olive Oil and Artisan Three Cheese Alfredo Sauce

Add Salmon, paprika and salt to taste

Cook 7 minutes

Remove from heat

STEP 3 Pour Salmon in Alfredo Sauce over macaroni casserole

Top with a dash of Paprika

Bake in oven 15-20 minutes @ 350 degrees
