Salmon Stuffed Bell Peppers

Bell Peppers stuffed with Pink Salmon, Yellow Rice and Cheese is so yum and easy to prepare

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Cooked Yellow Rice
1 Can Alaskan Pink salmon (14.75 oz.
1 Cup Shredded Gouda
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
Chopped Cilantro (Optional)
3 Large Bell Peppers (Cut out stem and remove seeds)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine Cooked Yellow Rice, Pink Salmon, Gouda, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt and Cilantro to make filling

  2. Stuff Bell Peppers with filling, top with cheese

  3. Place on rack and bake 25- 30 minutes @ 350°F
