Easy Spaghetti Seafood Dinner

INGREDIENTS

7 OUNCES SPAGHETTI (Follow cooking instruction on package)

1 MEDIUM CARROT (Julienne)

1 MEDIUM BELL PEPPER (Julienne)

8 OUNCES COOKED MUSSELS (Remove from shell)

1/2 CUP TOMATO SOUP

1 TABLESPOON EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

GARLIC POWDER

SALT TO TASTE

MOZZARELLA CHEESE (Diced)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Olive Oil to skillet on medium heat

  2. Add Garlic and Carrot ( sauté 2 minutes)

  3. Add Mussels and Bell Pepper (sauté 2 minutes)

  4. Add Tomato Soup (cook about a minute stirring occasionally)

  5. Add Spaghetti and turn off heat

Serve with Mozzarella

Garnish with Basil
