Easy Veggie Spaghetti

Whip up a vegetarian pasta in no time


7 Ounces Spaghetti (Follow package instructions)

1 Small Carrot (Julienne)

1 Small Red Onion (Sliced)

1 Medium Cucumber (Remove seeds and Julienne)

1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt to taste


  1. Sauce Pan on medium heat

  2. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  3. Add Carrots (cook 1 minute)

  4. Add Onion, Cucumber and Salt (Cook 1 minute)

  5. Remove from heat and add Spaghetti
