Chicken Fajitas


1 Large Boneless Chicken Breast (cut in strips)

1 Large Bell Pepper (julienne, assorted color if possible)

1 Large White Onion (julienne)

1 Sachet Old El Paso Taco Season Mix

1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt to taste

1 Packet (8) Medium Old El Paso Flour Tortilla

1 Avocado (thin slices)


  1. Season Chicken strips with Taco Seasoning

  2. In sauce pan on medium heat (make sure the pan is hot

  3. Add Olive Oil

  4. Add Chicken Strips and sear (Brown for about a minute, flip and repeat

  5. Add Onion and bell pepper, stir and remove from heat

  6. Prepare Flour Tortilla as directed on packet (microwave)

  7. Place chicken strips, onion and bell pepper, avocado slices as shown in photo

  8. wrap and serve
