A trip to the Fish Market in Panama City reeled in big. Purchased a 4 pound Mahi Mahi aka Dolphin fish or Dorado for under US$10. Got the Fish Monger to cut it in steaks as you can see in exhibit A.
These Mahi Mahi were done in the oven with minimal seasoning. Just a few simple flavors to enhance the taste of this lean great tasting fish.
DIRECTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS
Season Mahi Mahi Steaks with Salt, Black Pepper, Lemon Juice and smother with Olive Oil Butter
Bake uncovered on parchment paper for about 30 minutes @370 degrees. Serve with Lemon or Lime wedges
