Cream Of Broccoli Soup

You wont believe it took only four ingredients to make this Quickie Cream Of Broccoli so thick, creamy and delicious!


  • 10 Ounces Broccoli

  • 1 Cup Vegetable Stock (or Water and Vegetable Bullion)

  • 1 Cup Coconut Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese (Gouda)


In sauce pan on medium heat, cook Broccoli in Vegetable Stock until tender then pour into blender and puree

Return puree to sauce pan, add Coconut Cream, grated cheese, a bit of salt if necessary.

Remove when desire thickness is achieved. ( Makes 2 cups)
