Fried Ceviche

Fried Ceviche

There is nothing like a good ceviche, however not everyone like the idea of cooking without heat. This Fried Ceviche is an excellent option.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Pound Corvina/ Sea Bass Fillet (Cut in bite size pieces and dried)

Salt and Cracked Pepper to taste

1 Tablespoon Flour

1 Medium Red Onion (Thin Slices)

1 Pear or Mango (Peel and Sliced)

A few thin slices of Bell Pepper (Optional)

1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

In medium bowl Add Red Onion, Mango, Bell Pepper and Lemon Juice (Cover and refrigerate about 15 minutes)

STEP 2 PREPARE FISH

Season fish with Flour, Salt and Cracked Pepper

Deep Fry fish until crispy

STEP 3

Remove bowl from refrigerator and combine fried fish

Serve with your favorite chips or on a bed of garden salad
