The Tortellini with Clams is quick and easy to prepare. This is a fun pasta the entire family will enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
454g COOKED CLAMS
250g BARILLA TORTELLINI- Formaggi (Cook as directed on package)
1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
1/2 CUP MILK
1 MEDIUM ONION (Chopped)
1 TABLESPOON FRESH PARSLEY (Chopped)
1 TABLESPOON FRESH BASIL (Chopped)
1 TABLESPOON SCALLION (Chopped)
2 CHERRY PEPPER WITH PERCORINO CHEESE (Chopped)
1 CUP GRATED PARMESAN
DIRECTIONS:
Place pan on medium heat
Add Olive Oil
Add Onions and Clams (cook about 20 seconds)
Add Milk, Parsley, Basil, Scallion, Cherry Pepper (cook about 30 seconds)
Add Tortellini (Give it a stir and remove from heat)
Add Parmesan and serve
