It is very unlikely to consume too much or confuse a good quality dark chocolate with it sweet not so healthy counterpart. The best quality Dark Chocolate will contain over 70% Cocoa and have a slightly bitter taste.
I am well aware that sometimes the only cure is a big chocolate bar filled with milk, fruits, nuts and Alkali. Do not be mistaken, this little snippet is not to dissuade any one from the simple pleasures of chocolate munchies.
