Baked Macaroni Casserole

A creamy, delicious combination of macaroni, potato, carrot and cheese is perfect as a side or on its own.

INGREDIENTS

1 LARGE CARROT (COOKED / DICED)

1 LARGE POTATO (COOKED / DICED)

1 CUP ELBOW MACARONI (COOKED)

1 CUP GOUDA (SHREDDED)

1 TABLESPOON FLOUR

2 TABLESPOON BUTTER

1/2 CUP MILK

PINCH GARLIC

SALT TO TASTE

DIRECTIONS STEP 1

In saucepan on low heat

Add Butter and Garlic

Add Flour Stir, then Milk

Stir until creamy and smooth

Add Macaroni, Carrot, Potato

DIRECTIONS STEP 2

Place in greased casserole dish

Top with cheese

Bake 15 minutes @ 350 degrees
